Description: Learn how to balance your seven main chakras (energy centers) for greater health and well-being. Through intuitive yoga poses and essential oils you will discover and balance your chakras. This seminar includes a short lecture segment, essential oil introduction, and hands-on yoga instruction. You will take home essential oil samples for the chakras as well as a chakra chart. Join us in an experiential journey with essential oils, gentle yoga poses and visualizations for chakra healing.
